The brilliant Jack valentine is back in the Bistro this Thursday at 8pm, so please book your table asap if you would like to enjoy a fun evening of music and delicious food.
Mercedes, an incredible singer who used to sing for us many years ago in the pub, is going to be in the Bistro on 19th October. She will be singing a collection of new and old favourites.
We have a new starter of Buttermilk Korean Chicken Goujons which is the same recipe as our much loved Korean burger but on a bed of asian slaw. We also have Coq au Vin on the menu as a special this week along with Beouf Bourgignon and Brocolli & Stilton Soup.
Should you wish to join us for our Tuesday Steak Deal of 2 8oz sirloin steak, fries and a bottle of wine for just £45 you can now have this all day from 12 not just from 6pm.
Next week our fun quiz will be on Weds 4th October and there will be a section on the 70s in the middle which is great fun. It’s tables of up to 6 and is £2 per head, £1 0f which goes to The Red Cross. Booking as usual is advisable.
Our Xmas menu will be on the website by tomorrow lunchtime and its 3 courses for £29.95. Roast turkey and our homemade vegan roast will be on the menu but they do have to be pre-ordered.
We are starting to fill up with Xmas bookings, so please don’t leave it too late if you would like to join us in thr festive season.
Fish Fridays are very popular now, so please try to book in advance if you would like to join us for our amazing fish and chips along with other seafood dishes.
