Hope you are enjoying this wonderful weather. Don’t forget you are able to book outside tables on line and that you can now eat and drink outside till 10pm due to a change in our licensing hours.
We have added a new meal to our meal deal of a drink and a man for £12.95, which is crispy korean pork with fragrant rice, coriander, spring onions and chilli. The other dishes are our 100% beef. burger. Korean chicken Burger, Vegan umami burger, Thai green chicken curry and Vegan massamam curry and vegan Chile non carne. Its available from Monday to Thursday 12 till 5.30
This Thursday Jack Valentine is back in the Bistro and if you haven’t been down to see his show it really is a good evening. Booking as always is advisable.
Sadly, I recently lost my wonderful mum, Rose. We were blessed that she was almost 94 and lived with us here at the pub. Her funeral is Monday 4th July and as we will be holding the wake at the pub, it will be closed at 2.30 till 6.30 on the day.
We are now going to be holding weddings in the Bistro. You would be ‘married’ by a lovely celebrant called Michelle and the service would be tailored to your requirements. You would still though need a quick registry office formal wedding.
I will know more in my next newsletter of the ervices he offers. Her prices range from £750 to £1200 and we can take up to 25 people. The cost to hire the Bistro is £50 per hour.
